Companies tend to either measure the
right things but don't do a good job of actually measuring and tracking; or
they measure too many things, many of which aren't relevant. A. Hartman*

Standard and Custom Solutions

When it comes to receiving high fidelity input, face-to-face conversation is best, albeit time consuming and costly. Surveys provide statistically useful results but low responses are endemic, making data quality questionable. CM's approach is to rely on the combination of surveys and face-to-face conversations to confirm electronic findings and add interview-quality human insight. CM works with clients to:

• Distill business performance concerns and translate them into a few high-value questions

• Adapt questions from our open standards database to ensure organizational improvement will ultimately be guided by proven frameworks

• Collect human insight continuously over time to ensure that results are not based on anomolies of the organization or its environment.

CM offers services in the broad areas explained below:

1. Hosted Web Measurement Services

2. Customized and/or Standards Based Content (questions)
